Makes sense why this Dr. has bad reviews. Spoke to her Telehealth and was rude and unhelpful. I just needed an antiobiotic that treats both a sinus infection and ear infection and just advised to go to see a Dr. That defates the purpose of telehealth. She needs to be removed from Teledoc. I will report her to them as well.
I saw Dr. Sapna Pithwa via a recent TeleDoc visit. Dr. Pithwa was attentive, listened to my concerns, and provided thoughtful insights. The convenience of receiving medical advice from the comfort of my home was truly valuable on this day in particular. Overall, a positive experience.
Had a similar experience with her like the person below she doesn't listen and isn't attentive at all. I had bad side effects from a medication that gave me a cough I couldn't get rid of she tried to convince me that I had Copd and it wasn't the medicine when there has been cases of this particular medication causing those side effects just because I told her that I smoked many years ago she diagnosed me based off on that I've been stopped smoking over 10 years. I had a bad experience with Dr. Sapna Pithwa and I will never request her again. She had only 1 patient ahead of me waiting so I picked her but I ended up waiting over 50 minutes. Then, when finally she came online she didn't want to help me just kept saying to go to the ER.Iasked her to help me with cramps and stomach pain and I gave her my honest medical background. I asked her opinion regarding a certain medication I have taken in the past for the same thing and she said that she didn't recommend that specific medication.... read more
