Very kind, caring doctor. Takes time to explain everything. Great hands with cosmetic injections, very natural. So sweet and compassionate.
From the moment you walk into Dr. Westley’s office you can feel the difference from other practices. The environment is beautiful, clean and warm. She is prompt and thorough. Have you ever felt like you were being rushed by a physician? You won’t experience that here. She genuinely cares about each and every concern. I have never received better service. One of the best qualities Dr. Westley possesses is her expertise. She’s absolutely, hands down the best overall Dermatologist in NYC.
Consummate professional. Empathic and precise. Caring. Awesome!! Only feedback: front office person in charge of scheduling... she is often impatient and abrupt on phone as if she is tolerating the intrusion. New desk person is much more pleasant and helpful. But that could just be me!
