Sapiens Fitness is an outstanding gym. The programming is smart, varied, and well-structured. Sessions are efficient and challenging but inclusive with progressive options. Harry is a fantastic coach and always willing to work with you to adjust for your fitness level or any injuries. Highly recommend! 💪
After five years living on the Coast and trying more than seven different gyms, I’ve finally found one of the best. Was hesitant about getting back into a HIIT training gym , not a competitive person and just wanted to work on me and not numbers. Went in to Sapiens skeptical but Harry and the members quickly changed my mind and made me realise what a great encouraging environment it is . Everyone just tries to get the best out of themselves, and Harry helps you work smarter and harder. Not once had pressure to sign up , so what do you have to lose ?
