Dr. Shah is a wonderful doctor. When my 92 year old father relocated to Alexandria we needed a Primary Care doctor who could guide his forward care plan, which includes many different medical challenges and a team of specialists. Dr. Shah is patient, kind and never rushes my Dad through any appointments (or Dad's bad jokes!). We always know Dad is in good hands with Dr. Shah and his team. I can't recommend him enough if you are looking for a Primary Care Physician!
Dr.Shah is a very compassionate and committed doctor wo actually LISTENS to what patients say and goes the extra mile.For years I was seeing a cardiology practice with out of control blood pressure who didn’t really give a damn and put no real effort into controlling it. It was so bad that it often required visits to the ER. A doctor once told me that my problem is that "I look too healthy" and I agree. My outsides look great. My insides do not. I have lots of things wrong and I need a doctor who understands my issues and who is willing to give me time, care with patience and a little empathy. I also need a doctor who smiles. And all these factors equal Dr. Shah. I am so grateful to him for all he has done for me and the quality of my life. And, my son's life. Especially my son's life. And my sisters' life.
