Didn't return my call. (original rating 2 stars) Per owner's request, here's an additional review of the 2011 install of my roof (before I was leaving reviews on Google.) : 4 stars; great price and no problems with the roof since then. It's not 5 stars because he did not even mention that I would probably need snow stops on a metal roof or offer to install them for me. Metal roofs are slicker than asphalt, and the snow will slide off potentially causing injury if people are walking below. I would definitely consider using SA... read more
