Hold times are unfathomable. Then you get someone on the phone for them only to take your number and never return your call. Service center is an unfunny joke. No techs available for repairs and the jackass that answers the phone won't even schedule a service appointment. Customer service ZERO STARS.
They are great for your needs for heavy-duty machinery equipment (excavators, bulldozers, etc.) and parts!
