I live in Sandwood now, the new manager is very nice always willing to talk and help when I need her. Its a quiet clean comfortable place to live. I see all the bad reviews, but I will tell you most of the complaints I hear is only from people who are not doing what they are supposed to do. (like not paying rent, killing all there grass so they don't have to mow it (looks horrible) and breaking rules.
