The most unprofessional practice. I was transferred to Dr. Paulk after Dr. Miller (who was great) left the office. We used to wait much beyond our appointment to be seen only for him to not even remember our names or any history and be in and out. Not to mention that I used to randomly be seen by their NP Lindsey - without any prior consent. To top it all off, I was sent a bill for a visit when my appointment was for an annual checkup. We gladly left this practice to go to a Dr. that actually cares about their patients.

Don’t even bother. Dr. Paulk Kirk works like a supply mill. He won’t remember your name or any of your history. Excruciatingly long wait times only for him to be in and out. He will also often have his NP see patients. And if you ever have any billing issues, you’re on your own. Please look elsewhere! This practice is only about making money and nothing else. I can see why Dr. Miller (who was actually good) left this practice.
