Try to give some doctor's the benefit of the doubt but if you have so many patients that you forget about the one's who really need their stuff until the end of your work day then you should find a new profession or ask someone in your profession for help I'm tired of having to call every month for the same thing because someone in the office messed up or the doctor is just far behind Which isn't my fault so I have to be in pain..
Not allowed to call for prescription early because they still won't get filled until the last day and when I do call on time I have to wait until GOD knows when and he's never available to patients unless their coming in for a visit I've had many doctors who wouldn't mind EVER getting on the phone with me to fix something they messed up or fell behind on so I was understanding.. this place is very unprofessional and has too many patients apparently because I keep getting forgotten or not taken care of until I call and snap o... read more
