Brittany constantly lied about the city paying their part. The apartment AC broke and water was pouring into our rooms. A week later maintenance shows up and just cut the water off to it and another week in July we suffered. They came and thought they fixed it but it was just pouring behind the wall in my girls closet. Then the whole ceiling above the closet caved in and all she cared about was evicting me. She doesn't keep her bills paid and throws the paperwork in the dumpster after cooking the books. She's behind on all N... read more
Brittany, the property manager,has been incredibly helpful in responsive. She truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to ensure we feel at home. Any maintenance request I've had were addressed promptly. Overall, I highly recommend Santuario Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in Tucson it's a wonderful community with a welcoming atmosphere.
I am so happy I found this place to call my home. Brittany the manager has been amazing! She’s kind and compassionate and genuinely cares about any problems or concerns and takes care of it immediately. Jacob the maintenance man also does a great job of fixing things right away. Also I’ve never seen a cleaner pool in an apt complex. Great job! I’m looking forward to making this my home for yrs to come.
