Highly recommend this yoga studio for all levels of students. Greta is an amazing instructor and the classes take place in an art gallery (so cool!). Greta is extremely accommodating, kind, thoughtful and everything you could want in a yoga instructor. Her classes have helped advance my yoga skill, increase flexibility, strength, balance, reduces stress/anxiety and overall give me the feeling of accomplishment, come give her a try, we need more Yogi’s in the class!
