Im a property manager who has used Santos USA Construction both personally & professionally. They have done 2 different projects at my house - installation of a brick paver ****************** and installation of brick pavers around my pool, along with re-tiling. the pavers look amazing and very happy with over all job. Not the least bit happy with office protocol.. They did the ordering and ordered nearly 1 1/2 skid extra pavers, what is a 70 yr. old to do with that many xtra pavers, 480. they told me they will not take them back and that I can sell them. But they took the extra sand that I paid for and could have used by my dock. October 21, 2021 we sign a contract with Santos Construction, Jr and Taylor S***** was to put in a pool in 4 months he told me "YES WOW" I told his cause its covid 19 is that going to be a problem he said my people is able to do this cause he have a small company and not like these big company OMG I believe him he didn't do nothing what he promise to do and NO POOL. Something must have happened to this company since the earlier reviews. I have had a terrible experience with Santos USA. Empty promises of project timeline, mistakes, and constant disappointment. I hired Santos to do a large pool project and was told that it would be completed 3 months after the permit was received. I paid my 50% deposit Dec 2020. April 2021 the hole was dug.
