I saw Dr. Santos this morning in the ER after a fall last night. He was incredibly caring, gentle and thorough with his examination and treatment, explaining the need for xrays on my foot as well as a cat scan for my head injury. HIs energy and humor helped too and he made sure I had all of my questions and concerns answered by the time I left. It's not every day you find a doctor who genuinely cares. Thank you to him, nurse Amy and nurse/radiology tech David for looking after me.
Dr . Santos was kind, understanding , and listened to all our concerns when coming to the ER . He put my sister and I at ease answering all our questions .
Dr Santos handles busy high stress environments such as a large Hospital ED unit in a very professional way. He listens to every detail then asks questions in a calm manner. I felt safe knowing I was under the care of an Excellent Doctor.
The minute he spoke to explain the situation I found him to be very thorough and caring in taking his time with you and made everything clear. Also very caring. Eventhough he was very busy he didn't make you feel overlooked. Excellent doctor.
