We are conveniently located in the Briarcliff Plaza at 7565 Pearl Road near the Interstate 71 Pearl Road exit. Whether alone or with the entire family, stop by and be our guests in our comfortably decorated dining room. Had dinner at Santos and the service from Bev was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and really made us feel welcome. The portions were large and the flavors were solid, but I have to admit… there was such a thing as too much cheese! I ordered the lasagna, and while I love mozzarella as much as the next person, it completely overpowered the dish. It was hard to find the pasta and meat underneath all that cheese. Absolutely over priced for pasta that was not cooked well, chicken was not good, and the cheese ravioli had paper thin cheese inside. Absolutely the worst Italian food I have ever had. They claim it’s homemade but they truly need to revise and look into what authentic Italian food is.
We had a great dinner on the way ftom Cleveland to Columbus. Everything was excellent! We loved the red sauce and enjoyed the homemade ravioli and spaghetti. The garlic bread was delicious and the ranch dressing for the salad tasted homemade. The service was also excellent. We enjoy trying local Italian restaurants and we will be back next time we are in the area.
