They leave garbage in neighbor's yard and street also cuts lawns very low which is not good for the lawn growth

I called on a Monday to get an estimate for landscaping work. Matt said they could come out the next day, Tuesday. No call no show on Tuesday. Matt calls me to apologize on Wednesday and says he made mistake and put it on schedule for Thursday. I said okay come on Thursday but he then stated he can’t on Thursday but can come on Friday. Don’t compound a mistake with yet another lie. If it’s on schedule for Thursday why can’t they come? But I agree to Friday and guess what…no call no show!
