Paulo and his team at Santos Home Services provided impeccable services under difficult circumstances. I hired SHS for a remedial renovation, recovering from a contractor who was a nightmare. Paulo started with an assessment and provided a detailed estimate. His team took 3 and 1/2 weeks to demolish, remediate, and rebuild 2 bathrooms, including installing new backer board, plumbing, wiring, flooring, and finishing tile and fixtures. Santos installed the tile backsplash in our kitchen. He was incredibly careful about removing the old backsplash, and took really good care of our kitchen. He was always on time and was great at communicating. Can’t wait to use him for our next project!
