I’m very disappointed with this company. After I received a quote for the service, they changed the price. It’s very unprofessional to give one price and then increase it afterward. Also, it seems like the staff is inexperienced — everyone I spoke to was new and didn’t even know the names of the stones. I expected better service and more knowledge from a company that works with marble and granite. Thank you for your time, but I won’t be returning or recommending

I’ve been working with Stone Design by Santos for over three years now on both my personal homes and my investment properties (I flip houses), and I couldn’t be happier with their service and selection. The entire team is incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to meeting tight timelines and expediting orders as needed. I wish I had the positive experience that I had with Stone Design when they did my kitchen 7 years ago, but this time it was the opposite. I went out of my way to have Stone Design fabricate and install the Dolomite stone for my bathroom because they did my kitchen. The first problem occurred when they delivered the stone for the counter top. It was cracked all the way through…top to bottom and front to back (see picture below).
