We hired Stone Design by Santos for our kitchen countertops, and they did a great job. Everything was done on time, very clean and professional. The quality is really good — my wife and I are very happy with the result. Definitely recommend them
Inexistent after-sales support! After the installation, I noticed that one of the waterfall edges was uneven. I was told this was normal. However, shortly after the installation, that piece shifted and created a gap with the countertop. I have been calling and writing to them for over a month. Initially, I was told it would cost $350 to fix. “Poor Installation Practices Led to Cracking - Proceed with Caution” I hired StoneDesign by Santos to install my quartz countertop just over a year ago, and my experience has been very disappointing. The best!
I’m very disappointed with this company. After I received a quote for the service, they changed the price. It’s very unprofessional to give one price and then increase it afterward. Also, it seems like the staff is inexperienced — everyone I spoke to was new and didn’t even know the names of the stones. I expected better service and more knowledge from a company that works with marble and granite. Thank you for your time, but I won’t be returning or recommending
