I’ll start by saying the majority of the staff is super nice and friendly. We had no problems with the front desk or the nurses that took my fiancée’s vitals before the “doctor” who’s actually an APRN (Hayvin Perez Cruz)came in. During our initial visit she was willing to speak with me, but clearly not thrilled about it. However today she was very rude. Dr. Carlos Santos is an outstanding physician. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt heard and respected. He takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and never rushes the appointment. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for his patients truly stand out.
Have been a patient of Dr. Santos for more than 25 years. Ihave a great relationship with this doctor and his staff. Expect a little more waiting time tha other general practices. There are so many more people with Pulmonary diseases than other conditions. Have a good list made up of your problems and any medicine you need to refilled at your preferred pharmacy.
I have severe asthma and emphysema.Dr Carlos Santos excellent MD expertise mange my care.The nurses and staff call back I know i am not the only patient they take special interest w%my concern and believe me all breathing issues are impotant.Dr.Santos has top equipment.I owe my life for to God &Dr.Santos
