I’m more than satisfied with my experiences over the years at Santos with multiple cars I’ve brought in for different issues. I feel like I am treated fairly and kindly, instead of being pressured into unnecessary repairs like I am at other auto repair shops. I have been happy with the ease of making an appointment and using their free loaner cars and I think their pricing is extremely competitive.
My family has been taking cars here for years. Tony and his staff have always been kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. Prices are way better than quotes from dealerships
So kind and up front about their costs and abilities. They greeted me with smiles and proved their knowledge base from the start. The car was completed quickly and all the repairs were completed without issue. They kept me informed with every step of the process.
