Santoro Plumbing was hired to do a job for me and Santoro himself came to do the estimate. He was very fast in getting here and assuring me that he could do the job for little money. I agreed to the cost and he then proceeded to bring two guys to do a one man apprentice job. If that wasn't enough, he decided to join the crew himself.
