Completely rip off. I was attracted to there for a free initial consultation. End up been charged $6,000 for nothing. Their owner accountant lied to me that he spent a weekend write it for me. But my friend pointed out which website the owner CPA accountant copied from. They did not bother to reformat it to make it looks nicer. While the other owner CPA/accountant and senior staff just help cover up and deny the wrong doing. Worst experience worst people.
