Had a plumbing emergency and called my regular guy. Turns out he retired and sold the business to Santon Plumbing & Heating. Turns out Santon is just as "Reliable". Keith showed up on-time today and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He even pointed out some other areas that will need attention in the near future. We had been paying another company for years to come and do maintenance on our HVAC systems. That other company didn’t even slide the filters in properly, and they once charged me to price work they couldn’t do. Santon on the other hand has a team of experts, they charge a fair price and their office and support staff are friendly and responsive. I rate them Top Shelf.
They diagnosed our heating issue quickly and educated us on what to do in the future. Great company to work with. Edit: As of July 2025, Santon has been working with me on a number of issues including our water quality. The office was extremely flexible with scheduling, did a thorough installation, and gave us peace of mind sampling the end product. Really appreciate your help!
