We had a fantastic experience working with Santolo Building Design on our holiday home concept design in Privlaka, Croatia, even though we were based across Sydney and the USA. Ryan and his team did a great job throughout the whole process of designing a granny flat on my property in Newcastle. They also took care of organising all consultants required - bushfire, flood, engineers, etc. which made the whole process a lot less stressful. Their work is very thorough which became apparent when the DA was approved in only 3 weeks. I now look forward to completing this project!
