Not my favorite yoga studio in the area. Nic is incredible and I always love her classes! I come back for her but the owner is not friendly, accommodating, flexible, or understanding. I have had much better experiences at other studios nearby!
My first time at beginners Yoga it was wonderful. Luisa the instructor was really great.
Amazing yoga spot in montclair. I did the Hot Vinyasa Flow and it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back. The owner, was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend this yoga place!
This was the best yoga establishment I’ve ever been to. It’s super clean and calming. I did the Hot Yoga with Melissa. She was awesome and super sweet and energetic. Her workout was tough, but fun and totally worth while. I definitely recommend trying Yoga here!
Hot vinyasa and yoga sculpt with Jessica is great! Definitely a full body workout and always leave feeling renewed and muscle tightness gone.
