Finally got things squared away with Jermey hopefully will be rolling again by next week Updated: still waiting for my vehicle its been 3 months I just want my car dealing with my brothers death and I can not get around if a service was paid for it should be done in a timely manner if you have things to do I would no recommend going here you will be waiting for ever to get your car back.

I recommend nobody goes to this shop. They tell you they fix a problem on your car and ain’t fix it they won’t A $100 deductible to put in they pocket. They don’t do work to your car they Will try to charge you for work on your car warranty supposed to take care of that problem Bad business They ramble through your car💯
I am very upset with r&r and they service center. I was told that what needed to be fixed on my vehicle was a 24hr job they have literally had my car three weeks and I feel like they just gave it sitting there and they are not fixing it. They are making me and my husband miss money and possibly get fired because we need to make it to work and they are still holding our freaking car. We want our car fixed and back home asap I will not go back to this service center ever
