Saturday I ran out of fuel oil. Left numerous messages but no one returned my calls. Finally someone answered the phone and I explained that I am a new widow and my husband ordered the fuel oil and I ran out and need fuel. He said that they are very busy and the relief driver for Sunday called off, buthe would get fuel for me on Monday. I called Monday morning and was told it would take 5-7 days. We called them yesterday to see the pricing for 100 or 150. They said they'd have to put a work order in for 100 we said we'd call them back tomorrow as we were unsure of our financial situation. Welp, tomorrow comes around, and they're banging on my door at 10:00 AM demanding the amount that I discussed yesterday but didn't want today which cost me 50 gallons for a mere 100 dollars more. Kind of feel like I got ripped off since I didn't tell them to come out here and I was still undecided.
