Jake showed up this morning to clear out my old fuel oil tank so we can get setup with propane. He went way above and beyond! I hope the rest of journey with Santmyer goes as well as my experience with Jake.
I didn't want to review them and I tried to leave a message with them describing how they could do better, but got a bunch of "identify the pictures of busses" messages that were annoying. Their customer service was unprofessional and I went with another company.
I appreciate the quick response and great customer service
