*****UPDATE/EDIT added to end of review on 02/23/25. ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Overall: We have residential propane and we had to ditch our other provider. We needed propane fast and they delivered. Just recently we ran out— I guess there was no monitor installed— they came out same day and filled us up and installed the monitor. (According to a few people I spoke to at Santmyer a monitor should be installed standard with every tank. I was initially told a monitor would be installed on our tank but it was not. They claimed my gauges were not working. So they changed them on 12 18 2024 now on 12 25 2024 mechanical gauge reads 85% the wireless says 5% their prices are higher than others not very satisfied with them at all. BTW they delivered propane to my neighbor charged my card then acted like I was lying when I called bout propane being low
The technicians arrived right on time and did a very professional job installing our propane tank and connecting to our pool heater. Highly recommend! Best pricing on propane compared to all of the other companies I called.
Recently had our tanks checked before switching to the new company. Everyone was polite and professional.
