Just recently we ran out— I guess there was no monitor installed— they came out same day and filled us up and installed the monitor. Ordered fuel oil on the 16th of Jan. Was told that they are 5 days out. Was told to call back Monday for the day of delivery. I did. Was told it would be delivered on the 23rd. I called Thursday at 3:30 and asked if they were coming. Was told it would be after 5:00 but they'd be there. They never came. Not even a phone call to tell me they weren't coming. Called Friday morning was told they'd be here Saturday by noon. It's 1:00 now. Still no fuel oil. My husband Steve has been getting fuel for more than 30 years from these p... read more
They claimed my gauges were not working. So they changed them on 12 18 2024 now on 12 25 2024 mechanical gauge reads 85% the wireless says 5% their prices are higher than others not very satisfied with them at all. BTW they delivered propane to my neighbor charged my card then acted like I was lying when I called bout propane being low
