I first used Santino Electric last Fall to install a new built in vacuum system I purchased from them. They installed the system the next day and I was very pleased with the work Dan did on the installation. Today I called and spoke with Sandro about problems I was having with my stove giving me shocks, making strange humming noises and inconsistent oven temperatures. I contacted Santino Electric in regards to a problem we were having in our home. Mauro returned my call within a few minutes and said he would drop by within the next 2 hours. Approximatley 1.5 hours later he arrived. We discussed the problem and immediatley Mauro came up with a solution and solved the problem. I cannot thank Mauro enough for his prompt response and the professionalizm in his work. If we have an electrical problem in the future Santino will be the first contractor we call. Thanks Mauro..
I've used Santino Electric twice so far and both times I received top notch service. Sandro, the owner, responds quickly and is very accommodating with scheduling. His crew is amazing- very polite and considerate. Santino is my go to for the Hamilton area and I highly recommend them.
I live in Grimsby and needed quick service on an overheated fuse in my fuse box. Others could not accomodate the speed required but dispite being busy Sandro was able to juggle a few things and repair my issue the same day. I also had him quote the replacement of my fuse panel with breakers. I had others quote the job previously but they were unable to fit a new panel in my current enclosure.
