This location seriously needs attention from management. The check-in experience here was unprofessional and frustrating. The staff member on duty treated drivers with a clear lack of respect, especially those who are not fluent in English. Instead of communicating clearly, he spoke quickly and in a dismissive tone, making it very hard to understand the instructions.
