Terrible customer service. Dr. Danilo C. Bernal is very unprofessional. He asks certain personal questions he shouldn't ask too many times continually. Will not return for sure. Will take my services somewhere else.
PT'S/FAMILIES (MEMBERS)!!!BEWARE THAT WHEN YOU ARE BEING DISCHARGED AND THE NURS/DR RUSHES YOU TO SIGN OFF ON THE DISCHARGE PAPERWORK IN SUCH A RUSH W/O READING IT. Receptionist staff is very unfriendly. No smiles, no greetings, you're lucky if you get eye contact. You wait for 2 hours even if you previously scheduled an appointment. No staff member is interested in patients asking questions such as, "Where do I reschedule appointments?" and they just point to somewhere else. Guess where you reschedule? Right back at the beginning behind tons of people in line and it is difficult to see which line to start in, no signs to help clear things up for you. No eye contact. The staff just acts... read more

My husband Robert Riley and I just went from Kaiser to CMH center Seaview group. During the times we have been see Dr. Brian was the very best - with his attention to detail and very helpful. We feel like we have run into an Angel! Alma Marina and Robert Riley
