I got new edging machine from this company model# Lexce Trend8. It is one of the worst edging machine that I have purchased in the last 30 years . I paid in full . The company service is extremely poor. The sales man quit the company after selling this machine. Nobody comes to give any service. I do not recommend anybody to invest in this machine.

This once was a great company to deal with, but that was a long time ago. I’m taking 20 years!! Now not so much! I will never purchase from this company again and could never recommend to anyone not even the doctor next store or the Vision works across the street

Our practice just purchased our 2nd Edging System from Santinelli. We are extremely happy with their company. Quality product, easy to use and reliable. Geoffrey was superior in his installation and his expertise of use. Whenever we have a question with our edger Fitch at the home office is unmatched in his knowledge of the equipment.

They didn't provide any order confirmation email even after 10 minutes of order. There is no online payment option and one has to give his credit card information over the phone which is not secure. So age old system of transaction which is very vulnerable to information privacy.
