I am so happy to leave a 5 star rating! I brought in some diamonds and miscellaneous jewelry and asked Marty to design a ring. The ring is absolutely perfect - and when it was too large, there was no question at all about having it made smaller. I would highly recommend them!
I entered the store and was warmly greeted by Marty, who was incredibly helpful right from the start. I was there to determine my ring size, and not only did I leave with that information, but Marty also provided me with valuable insights about rings that had never crossed my mind before. It was a truly informative and pleasant experience!
Highly recommended. We had a wonderful experience. I brought Marty an heirloom ring with real diamonds in a platinum setting. At some point the center stone was lost and replaced with a fake stone. Marty had a real diamond mounted in the center. The result was spectacular. My wife was surprised and in tears when she saw the ring. Thank you for the kind service and superb work.
Santillan Jewelers has helped me on a few different occasions with ring repair and ring design/re-build and I was extremely happy with their work and prices. Something I had wanted on a ring I could never get my prior jewelry to get right, but Marty at Santillan did exactly what I've always wanted looks amazing! Highly recommend.
