Very very pissed off purchase 2 movie tickets for today for movie in 3D had a problem when left to go too movies had a malfunction with brake pads on car. Tried calling customer service to change movie time didn’t want a refund. Was told no only refund . I have already made a purchase I buy movie tickets all the time and all I was trying to do was see movie for next play time.

The manager Regina at Casa Blanca literally got in my face and yelled at me just bc I was texting my mother about my whereabouts. She then proceeded to get the cops involved and to kick my son and I out of the Minecraft movie. All bc I was trying to text my mother. My son's truck was broken into today at the Casa Blanca theater. They broke the passenger window. More security is needed especially when it's a big movie like today. I would like to know what the corporate office will do about this.

I wouldn't give this a star but had to in order to give this review. I had an emergency wasn't able to make my movie called and there was absolutely no way they can refund me nor raincheck me because of some agreement which doesn't clarify emergency! Talk about failure on customer service I'm paying for a service that I never recieved! They STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! Won't be coming to any santikos ever again fix the problem for guests instead of saying your hands are tied
