Provider moved out of state, trying to set appt with new provider and multiple times they scheduled incorrectly and then when I finally did get an appointment, new provider wasn't there and someone was covering. They did not do what was needed to ensure meds continued. Then finally got another appointment 2 weeks after meds would run out, they refused to refill meds for the 2 weeks or to do a sooner appointment. I had breast surgery, left mastectomy with Dr flowers at Santiam Hospital. I was very impressed at the quality of care I was given. Clearly they are not understaffed, never rushed, or using other patients as an excuse for not having time for you, as some hospitals are in the area.Great communication, respectful, truly concerned about my care and well-being, making sure that I had the best care.
