Super efficient clinic. I saw Dr Schweigert and he was concise and explained my condition. I Feel confident with his plan going forward.
I was a patient of Dr Stratton for a broken tibia back in 2017. My first visit with him was a week after my ER visit. At this appointment he looked at my x-ray and said I had a basic ankle fracture, took off the half cast the emergency room put me in and put me in a walking boot. He advised me to not walk or put weight on it. Fast track to 6 weeks later. After being scheduled more than a month out each time and having to reschedule twice, I finally made it in to see their doctor only to be told he wouldn't see me because he wasn't a hand and wrist specialist. I was referred here specifically for my wrist and my images were sent at the time of the initial refereal. However, only at my arrival to my appointment, after being in pain for months and months was I told he wasn't the correct doctor to see.
I met with Dr. Stratton for the first time yesterday. What a great experience! He was very personable and professional at the same time -- gave me great confidence. With the guidance of ultrasound (right in the exam room) he drained the cyst behind my knee and I was out of there in 30-40 minutes. What a difference from a Salem clinic where I had to return for another appointment so the doctor's technician could do the draining. I would highly recommend Dr. Stratton and will be referring my friends to him!
The two Dr’s that I’ve seen here are great and many of the staff but Michelle who answers the phone was rude and snippy after I made a request for my Mom who is suffering a 10 out of 10 pain and in need of a referral. No kindness or empathy for her situation whatsoever. People are so cold hearted shouldn’t be working in the medical field IMHO.
