Dr. Yao did my surgery on my left knee he was very informative and very caring. He was wonderful in taking good care of me. I would recommend him for anyone who wants a good orthopedic surgeon.
Most of the staff is pleasant/Nice, Thought Everyone was nice til., The Blonde Receptionist whom, had helped me. Was polite while checking me in. Yet, minutes later while minding my own business (waitin to be called), could hear voices carrying and it was the blonde receptionist talking to her co worker. She either said “This is dumb.” Or “She’s dumb.” In referencing paperwork she had to input, which was mine that I’d handed her.
