santiam hospital felt more like an urgent care than an ER in all the best ways. the triage rooms have a bed instead of a chair, and there’s a real door along with a curtain that makes you feel more protected and enclosed in a safe space. all of the staff i encountered were endlessly patient, friendly, and accommodating, and made me feel very comfortable despite autism making most doctor experiences extremely stressful and exhausting. they were accommodating when i had to get my blood drawn from my hand due to a needle phobia... read more

I was seen at the ER on a Wednesday evening. I was checked in with registrations desk immediately, and taken to triage shortly after that. Soon after triage I had my lab done ( I assume to the results would be ready for hospitalist to review) I had a little bit of a wait in the lobby as I was the only one there, but as far as average ER waits go it was far less than normal. Hello Team, Firstly..Thanking the Entire team for the Great support given during my painful stages .As far as me ,Its was a Great decision being with Santhigiri Ayurvedic Hospital for 14 days of Ayurvedic Treatments... Kinda annoyed to find out that we shinned 72 different lights into my eyes while they were super sensitive, almost making me throw up, for nothing and nobody in the ER could tell me what was going on, they instead suggested I go to Portland and see an eye doctor for them to take a look. All for it to just be the first time I got pink eye
