Deeply flakey. Tried to set up a private train. Phone calls not returned in a timely manner or at all, phone not answered. Email not returned at all. Would not recommend for a private event. Asked questions, not answered.
My son and I took the Santa Maria Steam Ride on 03/28/26, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. The steam train itself was absolutely amazing, seeing it up close, hearing it, and feeling the power of it was something special. Most importantly, my son had the time of his life. Ride was nice cars were nice and clean, not much seating in a couple cars. The scenery was a bit disappointing, but overall experience was great.

The station is hardly ever open to talk to a real person. I have left 4 messages over the last 6 months with no call back. I have $200.00 in vouchers but cannot order tickets with them. They are useless when I can't talk to anyone.
