I was referred to Santiago's by our next door neighbor, who was very happy with the work Santiago and his team did for him. From the quoting process, to the communication leading up to the work, the work day itself, and the cleanup of the job, we were very happy with Santiago and his team. The guys were courteous and thorough, and we absolutely love the way the floors turned out. The feel of our room has completely changed. I can't wait to do the rest of our house!

Santiago's has done two jobs at my house. They refinished wood floors that were 125+ years old and installed new wood floors. Both jobs have been done very well and at fair pricing. Communication is always quick and easy. The workers are professional and very good at what they do. A++++

Before and after…can’t believe these are the same floors!!! Santiago and his crew did a fantastic job on our bedroom floor that appeared to have some adhesive residue when we ripped up the old carpet. They worked meticulously to keep the rest of the house clean during this project. Not only did they do fantastic work but they were kind and professional. We can’t wait to have them back to refinish the rest of our new home!

Very professional job done by Santiago and his team. Project was removal and disposal or wall to wall carpet and install oak hardwood in a bedroom and closet. The finished job looks amazing. They removed all of the carpet and boxes and left a professional finish with the trim work. Great communication on a few adjustments in the beginning which made the job go very well. Could not be more pleased.

Santiago and his team did an absolutely amazing job. At our previous home we had our floors redone from someone else and we thought they looked great. However, this is another level of craftsmanship these floors are flawless. The guys come in and make sure all rooms not being worked on are sealed off, they are super respectful and they also take the time to make sure everything is done right, and it shows. Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat to anyone.
