I have lived in the park for over 10 years. This year, 2026, I had write-ups and was given 7 days to comply. My swamp cooler was installed before I moved, but now it's a problem. I have tall trees in the backyard, and now I am being told to remove them. They install new guest parking signs. If you own more than 2 cars, you will be written up, and your car will be towed the next day. Shady management/ownership. For years they've been harassing anyone who didn't buy a brand new house directly from them to move. I'm one of four left who already lived here when they bought the property in 2020 and they've finally run me off.

Worst place ever. The office manager does not do her job. If you are not Mexican she won't do anything. She only enforces the regulations if you're not Mexican. Rates are constantly going up. Even during Covid. Constantly having water turned off so they can fix it. Pis poor lighting for the community. Want me to go on I can.
