We have new owners. Still BAD. The lot manager Donna refuses to put down deicer on the black ice. I slide from inside the park into on coming traffic. Just missed a car on cloverleaf. Called lot manager all she said was it's a extra cost to us. (Residents) we are expecting 3 inch's today. So new snow on top of black ice. Why do we pay lot rent? New owner still does not care. I lived there 5 yrs and everything was ok because our space rent was paid on or before the due date..but after our home burned down, on 4/2/21, they tried to get every penny out of us..we had continued to pay the space rent but then, they decided to push us to get our home off the property..we couldn't afford to do that until we received the insurance check..then we put out over $1,000 to have it towed off and now the space is still empty.. how mean to us they were!
