Very unprofessional. Waited 20 minutes for someone to process the person in front of me. I had asked about the vehicle that was posted on Facebook and he said they didn’t have it. Had to leave for an appointment. The next day, the person I was messaging said I could check it out and it was still there in the backlot. I told him that I was on my way and an hour into the drive he said it was sold.
