I moved to Santiago Estates because it was a Manufactured Home Community, the places look more like homes than trailers. I used to live in a trailer before and swore I'd never live in a trailer park again. Unfortunately a past manager, trying to fill the park, started moving in trailers. And not nice ones either, old ugly tin boxes. They send out notices about park rules but nothing is ever enforced. The management sucks they never do anything about any one they speed thru the park the kids break windows the dogs get loose and bite people nobody cares about this place its a dump
