I was able to make an appointment for baby's ear piercing without having to be a patient. $30 fee covered topical anesthetic cream, piercing and cute little gold studs. The receptionist was very polite and efficient when setting up the appointment. The doctor who saw my daughter was gentle and the process was quick and painless... my daughter didn't even notice when she got pierced. it was very positive experience.
