I had an appointment for Dr. Santiago and when I came they said she can’t see me today and offered to go to another doctor. I wanted to go to Dr Santiago and they changed my appointment 2 times, and when I came she couldn’t. So disappointed.
Best doctor I have ever had. Gentle, well-informed, professional, a good listener and a caring person.
Terrible experience at this office. The schedulers are completely incompetent. I was meant to be a transfer at 28 weeks, and was meant to be doing my glucose test. When I showed up they didn’t know I was new, thought I was 10 weeks along, and then hadn’t scheduled the appt right so referred me out to a lab for a different date to have glucose done.
