RecommendedIt’s a beautiful park that is well Maintained, spectacular brand new clubhouse, has a pool and jacuzzi and great neighbors / community!! Space rent is VERY reasonable!! Located in a great area of Concord close to everything! You can’t go wrong in your retirement living here!!!!

The manager picks favorites. Kids running up and down the street in supervise have been to the pool and has came back sick very in clean. And manager threatens to close the pool when no need Nothing but a drug infested trailor parks filled with wild animals. Cars fly in and out doing at least 25 miles per hour. Manager and boyfriend (Maintenance) both do drugs. Trailers are priced way more than what they are worth ! Negative stars in my book ! Hope they close that place down. People will be better off!
