Attendant a 1 yr bday party for my girlfriend's grandson. Very nice clubhouse. The cupcakes pictured were made by her.
They don't even get one star. ALL water shutoff valves for the tenants water supply,is wrong. They won't shut the water off if there is a leak. They have rubber and plastic parts that needs maintained every couple of years. To do that, they have to shut the water off to the whole park. They are not gate valves or ballcock valves like they should be. Back in the 1980s I put the meters in the park that were put in a box in the ground. Now the plumbing looks like balloon animals. Be sure to drive through the park to see what your getting into. Bags of debris are piled in yards to be picked up weekly. They set and ferment for weeks or months. There is no dumpster in the back park , but the management wants four corner inspections. You'll also notice cars parked on the streets,in the yards,and cars that don't run. Watch out....animals run loose in the park, and traffic hAs no speed limit . The clubhouse will generally look clean , because you can find the manager there all day.(Not out in the park.)
