Attendant a 1 yr bday party for my girlfriend's grandson. Very nice clubhouse. The cupcakes pictured were made by her.
They don't even get one star. ALL water shutoff valves for the tenants water supply,is wrong. They won't shut the water off if there is a leak. They have rubber and plastic parts that needs maintained every couple of years. To do that, they have to shut the water off to the whole park. They are not gate valves or ballcock valves like they should be. Back in the 1980s I put the meters in the park that were put in a box in the ground. Now the plumbing looks like balloon animals.
