Shady management/ownership. For years they've been harassing residents who didn't buy a brand new house from them to move out and abandon their homes. I'm one of four left who already lived here when they bought the property in 2020. The manager was just unceremoniously fired and given 2 weeks to vacate the house she was required to live in.
