My first time using this company. The people who picked by 2 boxes and a small drum were very nice. Once my packages arrived in DR, I'm not sure if it's the inspectors or the drivers, they went shopping in my boxes. I have a list of what I've sent and a lot of things are missing... example: I've sent 2 frying pans, my sister only finds the lids. These people have license to steal! It's so disgusting and unprofessional!!
