We waited an hour whilst we watched other patients give up and leave without being seen. We also left unseen by Dr Ramirez. The receptionist left the desk unattended for 30 minutes without a replacement. There were several people waiting to check in as a nurse would call from down the hall that the girl would be back soon. When the receptionist came back from wherever we informed her we were leaving. She could have cared less. I cannot give a review on the doctor, but the front of house is mismanaged and poorly staffed.
The worst!!! Don’t see this doctor, he is RUDE!!! So is his Assitant. Beware!! NO vayan con este doctor!! Es lo PEOR!! Lo más grosero que existe igual que su asistente. Gritón y grosero.
If you don’t mind waiting 4 hours past your scheduled appointment to be seen, this is your go to guy.
